Let's you mount a larger 92mm fan in a fan slot that can only fit a 60mm fan. Or vice versa if you want to mount a strong 60mm fan on a 92mm fan slot. Comes with the 8 screws you'll need; really easy just screw your 60mm fan to the plate and then the plate to the case. Fits standard 60mm fans and 92mm slots. Will almost certainly fit unless you have a really strange fan; if in doubt refer to the technical drawing and measure your fan & fan slot. ASK ME QUESTIONS IF YOU'RE NOT SURE! Clearance height is if you are replacing a 60mm fan and it was sitting in a well or something you need to move away from the fan slot to get clearance. It you are changing a 92mm fan, then it doesn't matter just choose the smallest clearance. This design smoothly enlarges/shrinks between the 60mm and 92mm sizes and has good plenum volume for optimal airflow. Unlike other adapters, this design completely fills in the frame around either fan so everything is still sealed airtight afterwards and your fan works as efficiently as possible providing airflow.
