Comes with aftermarket pads, aftermarket ratcheting suspension system, Skeleton ARC Rails, and a 3-point NVG mount (that is in spec and works- see photos for NV use). This has been a good helmet for me- I'm only selling because I want a Large sized ACH that'll fit my fat head better.
