DESCRIPTION This is the DUNGEON MASTERS GUIDE, 6TH ALPHA, for the Advanced Dungeons & Dragons game (AD&D). This is a hardback vintage book released in 1979. It has yellow/orange flyleaves, indicating it is one of the rare ones. PRINTING - 6TH ALPHA Per Acaeum (a D&D research site), the Dungeon Masters Guide had numerous "Revised Edition" printings. The very first revised edition was the 6th alpha, which had yellow/orange fly leaves, instead of the white ones found in later versions. CONDITION - POOR The book is worn, but still usable and 100% readable. 3 flaws noted: the spine is missing, there is a torn page, and 2 reference sheets at the back are missing. MISSING SPINE: The spine is completely gone. You can open the book, but it is only held together by the binding. The book needs some TLC. TORN PAGE: Page 174/175 has a rip down the middle of the page; looks like there used to be tape on there and someone removed it; there's NO stickiness to it, it's just ripped. I left it as is, rather than trying to repair the torn page. MISSING PAGES: 2 perforated sheets were removed from the book, and lost. I made copies of my own copy and will include them so this is a 100% book. There were some pencil marks, but I removed them. There is no ink or highlighting. See photos for condition of the book.
