In the 1930s, 40s and 50s, Comet produced some really fine flying rubber powered free flight kits of the AERONCA aircraft. Their big models in that day had 54" spans as does this AERONCA "K" PLAN. This was an ideal size for free flight fun back then and today would be great for electric power. I include a complete parts patterns sheet to go along with these PLANS thanks to my West Virginia friend, Jim Via. The parts patterns show how to make the engine cylinders from balsa. As a BONUS I include copies of a nice set of 3-view drawings, as well as other historical documents to further increase your admiration of this airplane.
