This is a 20"x14"x1" Sheet Metal return air filter rack. Made in America from American made 26 gauge galvanized steel. There is a 3/4" hem flange on one 20"x14" end, and straight on other end. Actual overall dimensions flange side for this rack 21-3/4 x 15-3/4. The length is 5" long. There is a sliding door on the 14" side for filter access. The door can slide from ether side allowing for easy access. Although it normally takes a little more time and effort on our part, our products are typically rivited together. Riveting, versus spot welding, provides a more durable bond resulting in a longer lasting rigid part that will serve you for decades. The rack is shipped unassembled to save shipping cost to you, our customer. However, assembly is easy and only takes about 10 minutes to complete.
