Have not found anything online anywhere about similarly aged folding daggers, only new ones. It's in great shape for its age, it appears to be French or European the name looks like it too, possibly starting with "X" but not sure. It has a bone handle and a "flip style" button to unlock the blade. When the blade is locked in the "combat" position, the handle guard moves towards the correct position, but has to manually be pushed in its correct position.
