For sale is an antique or vintage cast iron 3- legged posnet. Posnets of this style were used in the 1700's thru the mid 1800's. This particular one does not have a gate mark, which would be common for early posnets. I am not sure of the manufacturing process on this one and it may be a later reproduction. It is however, well made of heavy cast iron and in excellent condition. 12" long 6" wide 4" tall
