This is a chic art deco-era electric coffee percolator or samovar. I believe it is from the 1930s or 1940s. The perfect centerpiece for your stylish retro-style soiree'! Marked on the bottom: Continental Silver Company 400 Watts 115 Volts Chromium The heating element inside is marked "Vulcan." It's a gorgeous shiny silver, with the most wonderful caramel-colored bakelite handles and spigot knob. The lid has a clear class percolator "bubble." Inside, there is a percolator stem and filter basket. 14" tall. 10" wide, including handles. Everything is in exceptional condition. Just beautiful! Please note, there is a slight bend on the back rim of the base - right at the bottom - not noticeable. Unfortunately, there is no cord. I believe these can be found fairly easily online.
