Application: The microcomputer automatic particle-counting apparatus can automatically count the particles of various granular objects according to the set value of the user. It is mainly used for automatically counting the grain numbers of the cereal crops, such as rice, wheat, sorghum, corn, vegetable seeds, and other grains. The apparatus applies to the academy (institute) of agricultural sciences, agriculture universities & colleges, seed system, and food sector in studying seed index, measuring thousand seed weight, germination counting, and sowing counting, etc. The accurate automatic particle-counting reduces the working strength of the staff. It can not only be used for counting rice, wheat, rape, vegetables, flowers, and other seeds of medium and small grains, but also be used for counting corn, soybean, sunflower seeds, and other seeds of large grains. Working Principle The apparatus is controlled by microcomputer chip, with buttons to operate. The electromagnetic vibration box makes the seeds line up grain by grain for feeding, then the seeds fall into the photoelectric conversion groove, forming the photoelectric pulse; the photoelectric pulse is sent into the counting circuit after amplification, shaping, and phase inversion, and then the count value is displayed on LED nixie tube. (1) Electromagnetic vibration feeding device: The seeds are laid on the feed tray, and the feed groove is spiral. (2) The seeds which are raised in the spiral groove drop down when reaching the material falling port and then are projected on the silicon photocell through the photoelectric conversion zone, bringing out the change of electric current; the photoelectric counting pulse is gained after pulse amplification and shaping, and then the photoelectric counting pulse is sent into the counting display circuit controlled by microcomputer. (3) The counting display circuit, generally controlled by microcomputer chip, adopts the mode of time-sharing scanning. 1.Technical Index: 1.
