It is an Oppose Mode, 90 Degree Side Viewing (listed as an Ultra Compact Head), Glass Fiber Optic bundle, with a PVC jacket around a galvanized monocoil reinforcing wire. This Glass Fiber bundle, has a fiber diameter of 1.2 mm, is 2 feet long, and is an Opposed Mode Light Guide (requiring another one to complete the sensing). The sensing end is a smooth barreled end, about 1.5mm in diameter, and about 1" long for mounting purposes. It is designed to be coupled for use with Banner Omni-Beam, Valu-Beam, Maxi-Beam, Multi-Beam, Econo-Beam, and Mini-Beam Sensors.
