I will list all of the numbers I can find on the items. The belt itself I believe is a Bashlin, only because I found a B in the lettering no identification plate on it. Numbers are as follows. The belt portion D Rings have the number 1215B95. The second belt D Rings are 1215B94. The fall restraint strap has multiple numbers, N-3610, 5M Y on the small safety hook. The large one is 5M on one side, the other has Transverse 3.6M, PT. I don't know anything more about this, but it still has tons of life in it. See if this is something you can put to use.
