The default setting: the tracking wheel is mounted on the right hand side of the tracking arm. This tracking/idle wheel assembly is ready made component and designed to fit over 1-3/4" tubing. You need to position this unit in the right place and tighten two bolts on its bottom. Then hook up the rear tension spring. You may need to add or remove spacers on the wheel shaft. The Idle/Trucking Wheel is 3” OD x 2-1/4” wide (convex for better tracking). It has 1/2” ID, Premium Quality ABEC 3 sealed bearing pressed into pockets and is precision made of machined aluminum. The arm is made of cold rolled steel about 9" long x 2" wide and 3/8" thick. This proven design is highly adaptable and can be successfully used with many projects. Please note that the actual part that you receive may look slightly different from the photos used in this listing.
