This is essential for those parts that need lots of maneuvering while buffing. How Does It Work? Simply install a flange on either side of your buffing wheel and you're ready to get to business without the wheel slipping on the shaft. The drilled style features drilled holes to provide a better grip on the wheel and help keep the wheel cool.
