One the the coolest pieces of 18C. blacksmith made wrought iron I have had in years. This is a large wrought iron trammel with a rams head top with adjustable saw-toothed body with large robust curl to end with a hammered and chiseled weaved pattern to the metal. The surface is all original and untouched. The metal has the best patina and surface to it. The iron trammel is one of the best I have found when it comes to the overall look, quality, size and very unusual and rare rams head design. Measures approx.; 30"-45" long x 4 5/8" wide x 3/16" thick, rams head 3" tall x 3" wide .
