I assume the maker is Bill Simons because the marking fits his style and it's also stamped "1984" and that fits with his manufacturing time frame. I found many custom folding knives of his but I could not find another fixed blade knife that he made. So could be this is very rare and he might not have made many at all. I welcome any additional info if someone has it. Overall knife length end to end is about 7 1/4". Handles are either bone or stag. Please see pics for more details. Any questions, feel free to ask.
