Snaps are swivel, silver in color. Webbing is heavy duty polypropylene. Length is about 40" end to end at it's longest, and 23" at it's shortest. I can make them longer (or shorter) if needed, and I have a variety of colors available so please let me know if you want any color other than black (if no color is requested, black will be what is sent).
