This used 75 Burmese kyat banknote is a standard circulation banknote introduced by the Union of Burma Bank in 1985. It is a brown and red-orange banknote that measures 161 mm x 77 mm. Its obverse side depicts the profile of General Aung San wearing the national dress and a cloth turban and a carved frieze with two dragons. Its reverse side portrays the Lawkanat, the mythical symbol of peace and prosperity. Security features include a solid security thread with printed Burmese text and a watermark of General Aung San. The banknote was demonetized in 1987.
