This uncirculated 1,000 Riels Cambodian note is a standard circulation banknote issued by the National Bank of Cambodia. It is a lilac and dark blue note that is dated 2005, bear the signatures of Chea Chanto and Tieng Seng, and measures 138 x 64 mm. Its obverse side features the sculpture art of Banteay Srei, a naga (mythical snake), and the Victory Gate of Angkor Thom. Its reverse side shows cranes loading containers onto cargo ships at the Port of Sihanoukville. Though there is no security thread, there is still a watermark of a lotus flower pattern.
