Insufficient shipping information will delay the order process so please read the invoice carefully during checkout. Make sure that the shipping information is correct to avoid delays. Restocking Fee will apply for all returned items due to insufficient information. SHIPPING Domestic Shipping: We offer free shipping. Most orders are shipped within same business day if received before 1pm EST (or within 1 business day after 1pm) and deliver within 2-5 business days. We may require signature confirmation in certain cases. RETURNS Returns must be shipped within 30 days of receipt of the original shipment. Returned items must be in original as new condition. Returned items must include all Original Packaging, Manuals, Hardware, Accessories, etc. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained from us prior to returning any item for any reason. To ensure that you are properly credited, do not return any merchandise without prior authorization. Once an item has been installed, modified or used, it can no longer be accepted for return. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We will send a prepaid return label if the return is due to an error on our part. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If an item being returned for credit originally qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping charges incurred to ship the item to the buyer will be withheld from the amount refunded. All returns will be inspected once they are received by the warehouse.
