Cats by Chaplan (Framed, Wooden Picture) - This picture is a MUST for a cat lover...I suppose you could say it's the Cat's Meow. You get our little Feline Friend times two in this picture by Chaplan. The frame and picture are in Very Good, not perfect, condition. The frame has scratches, indents and chipping in various places. For instance, please see the bottom left-hand inner frame and left-hand corner outer edge. The picture, which is wooden, has some scratches at the top cat's left edge and at the right side, there is color loss at the bottom right-hand side near the cat's back and also ear; the back side has a stain at the top edge that extends from the left- to right-hand side -- the stain has not transferred to the front picture. I am NOT able to determine when this collectible was created. From some research, I'm surmising either the late 1970s or early 1980s but cannot say for certain.
