Bought at auction and it does hold pressure. It is missing a spring or linkage to activate it. I believe diaphragm does work but activating valve needs repair. (There is a pin under the lever and it is missing maybe a spring that will activate valve on the otherside by air inlet). Unit shows age and use marks.
