Update: picked up 4 more with ser#s CNBLB20830, 20841, 30798, & 33964. These were tested on an HP P4015tn. I have sold a lot of these over the years & have personally verified that they only work on HP Laserjet 4014 & 4015 series printers. If you need an envelope feeder for a P4515 then purchase a CE399A.
