Highlighting the collage is the First Day Cover of the stamp issued as part of the Celebrate the Century series of stamps that honors the Space Shuttle Program as one of the major American achievements for the 1980's. On the day a stamp is issued, it is only available in the city where it is issued and the Post Office certifies this by canceling the stamp “First Day of Issue.” Overall, a great collectible for any space buff.
