This uncirculated 500 Francs Comoros note is a standard circulation banknote issued by the Central Bank of Comoros. It is a pink, blue, and green note that is dated 2006, bears the signatures of Remy Rioux and Ahamadi Abdoulbastoi, and measures 120 x 66 mm. Its obverse side features the Salt Lake crater on Grande Comore, a mongoose lemur (Eulemur mongoz), and a poem. Its reverse side shows orchid flowers and a poem by Mbaye Trambwe. Security features include a solid security thread with printed BCC and a watermark of a crescent moon with BCC and electrotype stars.
