This item does not come with original microphone but instead a vintage Astatic 335h-40 microphone will be included. Included will be copies of the original manual, schematic of the unit and a parts list. I'm not familiar with this item and would like for you to know how I started it up. It has been sitting unused since the early 90's. The unit was in the off position before plugging it in. I turned it to CAL and let it sit there for 10 minutes before plugging in the microphone. I did not here any noise coming from the unit other than a light hum from the motor. I did not smell any burning. Please view the video I have provided to see it in action.
