Application: Detach 1½" elastic tension strap from brace body. Center the contoured notch of the wrap over the Achilles tendon at the lower portion of the leg Wrap long end of brace body across front of ankle. Grasp short end of brace body with two hook closures and press to fasten snugly on long end Wrap the elastic tension strap under the back edge of the arch and pull up and slightly back with both ends, press hook onto body wrap Strap should apply pressure at back of arch just forward of heel To prepare brace for left ankle detach 1½" elastic tension strap. Open two hook closures from body wrap. Fully remove both sides of each hook tip, rotate 180° and replace in same location Care & Cleaning: Close all contact closures and hand wash in warm water with mild soap. Repeatedly rinse and line dry. Do not use bleach nor washer or dryer. Product should be air-dried, do not use high temperatures to wash or dry.
