A super strong rye bite, with the smoothness of an all-grain mash. This kit is designed to make a 5 gallon mash. (If you want more distillate, or at a higher ABV, you can add white sugar). The grain bill is 60% Malted Rye, 35% Corn, and 5% of Malted Distillers Barley.
