After a timed usage of Crest Whitestrips (some Whitestrips are 30 minutes and some are 1 hour), before removing the Whitestrips, turn on the LED Light. Place it in your mouth against the Whitestrips. The light will automatically turn off after 5 minutes. To turn on the light, press and hold the 2 buttons on the sides of the LED Light simultaneously then release.
