'CRUSHED VELVET' SILICONE MOLD Sent from Pacific Paradise Qld 4564 Australia This very unique silicone mold consists of four 'crushed velvet' effect coaster cavities. The cavities are 12cm (4.8") across and about 6mm (0.24") deep. The mold is made from high quality white silicone and has a shiny 'crushed velvet' look and feel. Dust the coaster cavities with your choice of mica powders, pour in black resin (best for chameleon powders) and allow to cure. Unmold your coasters and pour clear resin over the crushed velvet surface. A specially designed lip creates a wall around the edge, allowing you to dome your resin. The potential to create beautiful pieces with this amazing mold is endless. NOTE: My silicone is heat resistant up to 120 degrees celscius (248 degrees fahrenheight). If you overheat the mold using your torch, you WILL melt the silicone and it will stick to the resin. This is not a fault with my mold, it is user error so please be careful using your heat gun or torch.
