It is in great condition with no stains, spots, or tears. It has not been washed or dry cleaned in any way. The Stage Right wing drape matches Da-Lite's standard skirt height for this model, which is about 44". I am selling this wing drape because it is too short for most of my applications and I needed to purchase a taller dress kit.
