Delco Alternator Anti-Feed Back Diode Lead SetThis listing is for a pair of new alternator leads. One lead is a simple repair harness; the other lead is an anti-feed back lead. The anti-feed back lead is a great alternative to the self-excited or 1 wire alternator. There is a diode in the excitation wire to prevent the back-feeding of current, & the problems this can cause. Just plug the anti feed-back lead into your alternator & plug in the repair lead harness. Wiring is also simple, the red wire can be connected to the battery stud on the rear of the alternator. The white wire can be connected to the positive side of the ignition coil or any convenient 12-volt power source that is primarily hot only when the engine is running.
