Bone Multi System is for patient with narrow bone ridge, especially single case. Cut the bone ridge using disk. Place spreading pins alongside of bone opening. Chisel can be used to help expansion. Engage spreading adapter or spreading pin and turn. Spreading pin can be turned either with spreading adapter or latchet adapter. Turn 3 pins slowly to get even expansion. After spreading, remove spreading pin an place fixture. Spreading pin and fixture shall be replaced on by one, not all 3 pins at one time. Graft bone in between placed fixtures.
