There is no difference between these new production ones and NOS that I'm aware of, except for the packaging. These are hard to find NOS - now you can buy a new set for less than 1/2 what a NOS pair will run you - and unlike most NOS merchandise, these are pristine. Fits standard 7/8" (22.2mm) handlebars. Sold in PAIRS ONLY - LH and RH levers included. These come in newer style retail packaging.
