Sale includes the recorder the manual, the original box and the R400 sensor. This is an open box unit that came open during transport. It lost the probe lead and the ac adapter. The pen cover was not in place and the pen bled onto the included chart. The unit powers up and works, but displays the PROB F fault, most likely due to the lead not being attached to the sensor. Unit was battery tested and works, but is being sold as a parts unit because I cannot test the sensor without the lead. Please see photos and send any questions.
