This is a top of the line, comfortable telescoping brace, provided by my orthopedic surgeon following a procedure to repair a substantial elbow break. The procedure also involved extensive muscle and tendon repair. The brace's four cuffs provide a precise fit and the snap-to-fit buckles allow for ideal adjustment with one hand; the break was to my right arm and I am right-handed, which means that I had to do everything with my non-dominant hand. Even so, I was able to master adjustment of the straps and removal of the brace after only a few minutes. This brace was worn for 3 weeks following my surgery, so it is practically new. A new Donjoy brace like this one could easily cost $200. There are cheaper models on the market, but I'm glad my surgeon fitted me with this one.
