Check the listing for details. DOUGLAS AXE MFG. CO. - SHIPWRIGHTS NO. 280 ADZE. SPUR POLL. 4.5".. Condition: Used, Made in United States. Listed at 200.00 USD. Beautiful Douglas Axe Shipwrights adze. Guessing 1870-1890ish. Possibly earlier. 33" Overall. Head has a 4.5" cut with the spur poll. Little blade chips but not horrible. I've tried to keep it wire wheeled and oiled while I've been it's caretaker. I've never touched it beyond that. Check out the pictures. I've included a couple shots from the 1877 Douglas catalog.
