This is a custom made drive pulley designed to build portable welders using a GX390 engine and an alternator off of Dodge Cummins engines. Plans can be purchased by contacting me. The pulley is made to drive a six rib serpentine belt and fits the 1” keyed shaft of all GX390 type Q engines or any engine with a 1” diameter keyed shaft. The pulley is solid aluminum and 6-7/8” diameter where the belt rides. It is 5/8” thick where it rides on the shaft. I like to put a 5/8” arbor spacer on the shaft followed by the pulled then a 1-5/16” arbor spacer to hold everything tightly on the shaft with the shaft end bolt and washer. These spacer can also be purchased from me.
