Its principle is to use the difference between the volume of moisture and air molecules in the saturated compressed air. The special molecular sieve for gas purification is used to filter out the saturated water vapor in the compressed air, which can easily remove the water molecules. Adsorbed in the molecular sieve particles, and then use the regeneration method to restore the molecular sieve, the compressed air dew point can easily reach below -40°C. The adsorption dryer achieves the drying effect through "pressure change" (principle of pressure swing adsorption). Since the air's ability to hold water vapor is inversely proportional to its pressure, a portion of its dried air (called regeneration air) decompresses and expands to atmospheric pressure. This pressure change makes the expanded air drier, and then lets it flow through the unconnected air flow. The desiccant layer to be regenerated (that is, the drying tower that has absorbed enough water vapor), the dry regeneration gas sucks out the moisture in the desiccant, and takes it out of the dryer to achieve the purpose of dehumidification. The two towers work in a cycle without a heat source, and continuously provide dry compressed air to the user's gas system.
