When the tonearm lever is moved to down, the tonearm goes down, but doesn't play the music. Watch the video to see. There is no dust cover. The base has some scratches on the body. The tone arm will be tied to the stand. The platter will be held down with foam. The tonearm balance was unscrewed for shipping. The whole turntable will be shrink wrapped and wrapped in foam before being bubble wrapped. Please look at the pictures.
