Removed from a working decommissioned Liebert U.P.S. unit. This board is missing the two small heat sinks that were attached to the + and - 12-volt regulators (VR1 & VR2 see picture). You will need to transfer the heat sinks from your board to this one. The heat sinks are connected to the regulators with a single screw and nut, and they just slide out from under the regulators. (I had to steal these for another project).
