It unfolds to measure 19 1/4" x 13 7/8" in good condition, wear, marks and tears on edges, folded a couple times, has linen on back for strength, paper fragile. Also included is the article and a couple extra pages that went along with the plans, around 16 pages, 10 1/4" x 14" also in good condition, tearing on left edge where removed from magazine, slight wear, marks and tears on edges, fragile and tears easy.
