They have no coatings that can wear off. They cook well, are easy to clean, and stack compactly for storage. Or they look great as counter backsplashes! With proper care, they should last a lifetime. Great for cookies, biscuits, homemade pizza, bread, toast, and much more! We have used our pans for years and love them, often using them several times a day. Our favorite size is the small 34 pan (so named because you can fit 3 x 4 of typical cookie, etc. on it). For most ovens, two or these pans can fit side by side on a single shelf, actually allowing more total cooking area than if a single pan of the other larger sizes is used, which will only fit one per oven shelf. The medium 44 size works great for frozen pizzas with its more square shape. And the large 45 size can make a bunch of cookies or toast at once. Because they are bare metal, you can use whatever utensils and cleaning devices you wish. Typically we use Scotch-Brite™, just a light scrub after letting the pans set with water for a few minutes to soften whatever food is on them. Our pans have actually become more polished over the years due to washings! * Per the natural tendency of stainless steel, the pans may bow or warp temporarily if subjected to large temperature differences (such as when cooking a frozen pizza), but should return to flat after cooling.
