Etec mechanic reglued all the magnets about 3 yrs ago and about 50hrs on it since. He broke two of the magnets as seen in the picture but reglued them back on and it never gave me any issues. I know he used a special epoxy and epoxy paint when he rebuilt it, he told me it would last forever. Motor threw a rod so no use for it.
