It is a cushion to be placed against the back of the player that converts the sound of the game into vibrations for a more immersive experience. The cushion and its base unit are in mint condition and look to be new old stock. They come with the AC adapter in their original box. We have no reason to think there is anything wrong with it, but we haven't tested it, and it is quite old, so we're offering it for sale as-is and won't be accepting returns.
