It has the previous owners name etched into the handle ( I think you could sand it out easily) Comes with CO2 cartridge. Starting to sell off my collection. The Orange plastic safety clip is loose, not broken but after appx 50 years the plastic has eased. I don't have the manual but I'm confident that you could get it online.
