The specimen banknote bears a red SPECIMEN overprint on its obverse and reverse. Its obverse side features a beli fish, a duck dish called I Buburau ni Bete, a Kaleidoscope foil star, and the Coat of Arms of Fiji. The reverse side features the Joskes Thumb mountain, palm trees, a domodomo, the bank logo, and the Grand Pacific Hotel building and cars in Suva circa 1914. The banknote is 141 x 67 mm in size and contains a 3-mm windowed security thread with demetalized RBF and domodomo, a watermark that reveals a Fijian’s head, electrotype 10, and cornerstones, and a domodomo registration device. The specimen banknote is in uncirculated condition and has been TAP authenticated.
