Global Colours Professional Fluid Gesso is produced with 100% Acrylic Polymer. Suitable for both acrylic and oil surface preparation. Formulated to be a lower viscosity gesso than Global Gesso Primer for an even smoother painting surface. When dry, it has excellent flexibility, water and UV resistance. Directions for use: Surfaces should be free from dust and grease before application with a broad brush. Can be thinned up to 10% with water to allow for absorption into surfaces of varying porosity (eg. concrete, canvas, plaster, etc). To achieve a smooth surface apply several thin coats with light sanding between each coat. To prepare for oil painting, apply a minimum of 3 coats of Gesso. Allow 1 – 2 hours between coats depending on your weather conditions. Do not use below 12°C ambient temperature.
