To install remove the factory panel by pulling out the dash piece / trim to access the rear and push the clips in. Factory panel will pop out. Then slide the replacement panel in at an angle engaging the top clips first. Now continue pushing the panel UP while pushing IN on the bottom until the panel snaps into place. Panel will only fit in 1 orientation, look for the large post on the panel and matching cutout in the dash.
