Check the listing for details. French Armoire' late attribute' Louis XVI 2 door Mirrored. Color: Walnut, Width: 39". Listed at 3495.00 USD. Walnut/Mahogany/mixed French Armoire Louis XVI 87" x 48" x 18" [2.2M x 1.2M x45cm] Here's a unique piece. It is French, probably late 19th Century created in the style of the Louis XVI. It has the clean lines with too much foo fah and yet shows the 'Empire Period' with the cresting and bronze detail. So what exact periord? Please advise me if you're the expert. ( Louis XVI was 1774-92 Thank you. It came from my wife's great aunt who passed some twenty yrs ago. She was quite the collector and this was willed to my wife. We are quite a mobile couple and it just does not fit our lifestyle. It has minor issues in that 1) the three necessary iron bolts have somehow been missing. It does have one which can be used as a 'model' for the others in description. Not a major problem. 2) The drawer at the bottom sticks from time to time and probably needs some degree of adjustment. No major problem. 3) The shelves are not original as they are nicely faced with walnut but indicate that they are more contemporary as they are laminate construction. (my guess). Mirrors appear original. Locks work but also stick due to alignment of the panels. Not a major problem either. All in all it is a magnificent piece that with a little TLC will be spectacular in your home. Shipping at buyers cost via truck/rail to US locations. All others at cost per region. Estimated cost from UPS is approx $500-600 continental US locations.
