Most of this moss is Thuidium delicatulum, often called Fern or Log Moss, is a fast grower. Each moss order order is approximately 3-5 lb in size and five sheets of 9x12 inch moss providing almost 4 sq. ft. of product. We ship in an 13"x10"x4" box secured with card board. Make sure to check moisture levels when your moss tray arrives. Fluff mosses with your hands. Rehydrate as needed and keep moist, but not soggy, a moist piece of cardboard will help as base, until planted. If possible, stage your mosses outdoors until planting, rather than inside locations. Air conditioning or heat will dry out mosses quickly, and therefore require more attention to keep them fresh. Shipping to lower 48 states only!
